Lead Pastors Paul & Diane Hesch

Paul & Diane have dedicated the last 40 years to serving others for the kingdom of Christ. Shortly after they married and began their family, Paul & Diane moved from Montana to Kansas, where they began their adventures in the construction industry and dove into serving their church and their community.

While in Kansas, Paul obtained his BA in theology and utilized his passion for his trade to teach his four children the values of working hard, integrity for serving others, and dedication to ones family. It wasn’t until Diane fell in love with the beauty of the Taos mountains that the Lord lead them to New Mexico, and their adventure into full time ministry began.

Paul & Diane rooted themselves into the Taos, Red River, and Arroyo Hondo communities for over twelve years as well respected small business owners. When Paul saw Habitat for Humanity in the region struggling, he felt called to step in and use his experience to support the cause. With the dedicated support of his wife and family, Paul quickly rose from site manager to Executive Director and within 2 years completely transformed the program for the area.

Along with serving Habitat for Humanity for nearly 8 years, Diane’s love and compassion lead them to devoting over 6 years to being parents in the foster care program, providing safe and loving homes for children in their area.

The Lord placed it on Paul’s heart to become a pastor when he was tasked with helping his church locate a new pastor. In April of 2010 Paul & Diane were installed into their current pastorship position here at Victory Life Church in Las Vegas, and have been building faith and fellowship here for the past 10 years.

Pastor Paul’s greatest joys are his love for Jesus and his family. He leads by example when it comes to being a dedicated and loving husband, as well as being a well of wisdom and support to his children. He is immensely proud of each of his 4 children and the amazing individuals and parents they are becoming. Pastor Paul’s passion is to bring the understanding of Christ’s love to others so they too can know what the love and freedom, a humble and dedicated relationship with the Lord, can bring.

Diane exudes her love for the Lord and His people in everything she does. She has a passion for seeing the Lord’s healings and miracles here on Earth. She has dedicated not only her life to sharing the love of Jesus with everyone, but her motherhood to raising generous, integral, compassionate pursuers of Christ. Her heart goes into everything she does and all she meets. It is rare to not be greeted by Diane with a welcoming smile and warm, understanding hug. While she too loves her children, her greatest joy is undeniably her 14 grandchildren. Diane has an amazing gifts for pulling God’s gold out of those blessed enough to know her, and bringing comfort and wisdom with open arms.
